No matter what he did, it would never work fully with every Mugen character ever, like the stuff you said. Maybe this will just work with a large percentage of them.

I don't know if it's happening only with me, but she can move around during opponent's superpauses. Weird.
No, it´s deliberately. This char is very weak, has no chain combos, lousy damage, even in her hypers. To compensate that she can move & attack during p2 superpause... and...

go crazy and lose all her manners. In my MUGEN version when P2 tries to do a taunt (strictly speaking, when P2
enters the StateDef 195), Anne will get mad for 500 MUGEN game ticks and she will gain some advantages and disadvantages:
+ she cannot be thrown by P2 (in fact she is immune to being sent to a custom state)
+ her walk/run/jump is speeded up
+ her MUGEN Power increases by 100% (3000/3000)
- she cannot do a taunt because she is very angry!
- she cannot do both hyper moves because both Snow Queen and Diana are afraid of Anne's anger....
- her defense decreases by about 50% (50/100)XD Really enjoy that feature. Never seen that in MUGEN before...

I´m referring to the bomb explosion design to have a "+" shape, suggest a Bomberman assist or hyper helper and a victory theme for one of Warios win animations. Nothing out of the ordinary to code in mugen...

Some other suggestion...
Since the classic Bomberman games & Wario Blast: Featuring Bomberman! have a top down view and the bomb explosion flames shoot horizontally and vertically in a straight line, use that for Warios bombs too. Don´t give the explosion a round radius, but rather a "+" shape.
Dunno if you´re going with an assist gameplay (p.e. Waluigi). If so, use Bomberman as one striker or (if you don´t use a assist style) use Bomberman as a hyper "helper"...

Use a "Wario Bomb" as his bomb design...
Since "Wario Blast: Featuring Bomberman!" is a is a crossover game between the Wario & Hudsons Bomberman series, Wario should use the bomb like in the game, in MUGEN gameplay as a sort of trap...
Bomb special drops a "Wario Bomb" that stays on place and explodes after a certain time. Bombs on screen should be limited (two? three?). EX version could have a bigger explosion.

__/ Vamp-Off Garlic Breath
Massive belch that emits a slow moving projectile cloud of noxious gut stench. This will
drain his garlic meter and become more powerful depending on it's level. The garlic
meter is increased by eating opponents projectiles, and it also boosts his alpha counter fart.
Add some garlic, fishbones & funny looking skulls that are floating around in the cloud. Let them pop up & then vanish again.
Would love to see at least a Wario-Man intro.

Please use the SSB Wii U bite & chomping sounds, they are so funny.

The Alpha Counter Fart has been added, and with increased push back strength depending on how many projectiles are eaten. 0 - 2 push back no knock down, 3 - 5 dizzy, 6 - 10 flying across screen knock down. He will also gain 100 - 150 power per projectile. Sorry Staubhold, the more I thought about it the more I liked it better than the idea of just charging over time (SSBB).
Hey, it´s nice as long as he gains some power when eating a projectile.

2) The way he carries enemies in Shake It could just be applied as a general mechanic (limited time carry)
which could chain into either his grabs or the Shake Hyper ...or to carry the opponent to the corner.
Better that or not?
Use the "limited time carry" as a general throw mechanic, it gives Wario more versatility IMO.
Staubhold, I plan on using the fart animation for an alpha counter. I could have the knock back increase by the amount of projectiles he eats. What do you think?Hmmm, no. Then rather give him a small power add every time Wario "eats" a projectile.

He also does have a bite sprite, and I'm absolutely going to program that projectile eating special.
That would be nice."Waro Waft" fart attack raises in effectivity when Wario eats something in SSB4, maybe you can do something with this idea.
