Battle#1:

Alright, allow me to get everyone up to speed on why I have been inactive for quite awhile: On the 23rd of December, I lost my dad to leukemia. It didn't really start going down hill til the 25th of November, where he was becoming really sick. I thought maybe it was the flu, as most people would think. The doctors think he has had it for about 2 months, but when my mom, my brother, my sister and I got together and sat down to talk with one another, we believe he may have had cancer longer than 2 months. My dad was a truck driver until he decided he was tired of being on the road all the time, so he quit being on the road during 2006. Then, from there we noticed he started losing alot of weight, but never really paid attention to it, cause he was more active when he quit trucking. Even at that, my dad never showed any type of pain at all. So, ever since my dad passed, Its just really hard to find myself and the motivation to do anything. But, I can hear my dad's voice saying that he wouldn't want my family to dwell on his death and to continue to live life as he were still alive. So, without anymore delay, I'm announcing my return to the MUGEN scene and to my palette making duties. I've missed all my MFFA friends, its good to be back! Not to change the subject, but: I finally caught my first ever shiny Pokemon! :D (Red/Shiny Gyarados doesn't count, its practically there for you to catch and further more, so is Shiny Haxorus) Machop with Hasty nature I'm 1/3 now Shiny Zubat (Game: Pokemon Silver; Reason: it Ran Away after Ultra Ball missed) Shiny Sentret (Game: Pokemon X; Reason: Didn't have any PokeBalls, so I killed it) Shiny Machop (Game: Pokemon X; Reason; Caught with Dusk Ball)

Just watched the new trailers for ORAS and they played the rival battle music in the first trailer and now I think I'm in love with it.

I'm thinking of going to GameStop to get my Diancie... then again, When I went there for the past two events they hosted, they didn't have it or werent hosting it...

Hey, Noob I just thought of an idea for when Pokemon ORAS released. We should battle after every Rival battle. Like to see how our team development is going. Then once we defeat the Elite Four, we start battling for real. For every battle after the Rival, we can ONLY use Pokemon that are inputted into the main story (Ex. Starter, Catches, In-Game Trade, etc.) Which means, we CAN NOT use PokeBank Pokemon Until AFTER Champion Steven is beaten.

When your winning like that, don't let up, keep going. This is the many reasons I like battling with Rice, he keeps the pain coming. Hell, my team isn't even EV'd right, lol. I'm 2 - 0 on you. Your major weakness is with Fighting Types. I already told you mine. I thought maybe you would've capitalized on it.

Well, most of my team members have a very bad flaw and that's against Fairy and Flying Types. I was hoping for you to start with Mr.Mime (and in which case, I guessed right.), so I could lead with Drapion. You had a x2 weakness to Poison type moves, so I took that into account, on top of that, I had Poison Barb on Drapion, which ups the moves that of Poison. Now, rather that Crit mattered or not, we may never know, but I am thankful for it. Sending in your Bisharp next was a terrible mistake, then again, you had no idea that I had Rock Smash on Drapion, which played into my favor very well. It got your Bisharp in the red before fainting. From there, I don't remember what happen, I do, however, plan to record/save the video/upload it to Youtube. All - in - All, I do agree with you that we must battle more often.
