The true question is: Whose gonna be the 'Top Dog' this time.... Hopefully someone completely different.... If not, it'd be nice to see Rugal as a final boss again. Maybe add some different characters that haven't been in the KOF scene for awhile... like Rock Howard (its been a long time coming)... Also, how much cleavage will we see from Mai this time around.... No, I'm not a prev, just curious....

I'm guessing that's "Finish Buster" or "Burning Attack"? If so, its suppose to be Yellow, so yes, please change the color :)

For palettes: ZombieBrock and myself are pretty good. But, it depends, the character must be reasonable (like the colors arent all over the place) and I don't do Hi-Res nor 3D characters.

Here's a movelist idea that I had if you want some suggestions: Ki Blast Cannon - *Basic Attack* - D,F + Any Punch Meteor Crash (Dragon Ball: Xenoverse) - *Basic Attack* - D,B + Any Kick Masenko - *Level 1 or Basic Attack* - QCF + Low Punch Kamehameha - *Level 1 or Basic Attack* - QCB + Low Punch Soaring Dragon Strike - *Level 1 Attack* - D,D,F + Low Punch Super Kamehameha - *Level 2 Attack* - QCB + Med Punch Super Masenko (Anime only?) - *Level 2 Attack* - QCF + Med Punch Ultimate Masenko (Anime only?) - *Level 3 Attack* - QCF + Heavy Punch Burst Rush - *Level 3 Attack* - QCB + Heavy Kick Maximum Charge - *Power Charge Move* Spread Shot Retreat (Dragon Ball: Xenoverse) (Its used as a counter-attack in the game and uses 1 bar of energy and I believe the shot count in random ranging from 5 - 10) *Counter Move* - D,D + Any Punch
