Originally from Fatal Fury, he was a Muay Thai champion until Joe Higashi defeated him. Seeking to recover his title, he starts working under Geese Howard. He was beaten by Krauser, I guess this guy is just out of luck. In KoF XII he's Joe's trainer and he came back as playable character in KoF XIII. Mediafire

Smart Chang is another version of Chang Koehan, with a more average, better-built body, hair and in top of that he's supposed to be smart. Everything the original Chang isn't! He's a striker for Chang in KoF2k Mediafire

Cool Choi is a younger, taller, more slender version of Choi Bounge. He sports Choi's original outfit and has flamboyant J-Pop inspired mannerisms. He appears as Choi's striker for KoF2k Mediafire

I think it was made by MugenChina, but not sure Baitang appears as Chin's striker in KoF2k, it's sort of a joke because Chin is said to dislike panda bears or something Not very good but it's for collection purposes I guess Mediafire
