  1. Play and decide ^^. This char not exist from other mugen authors but again not like the original game because of added movements.

  3. So lastly I have completed Swordsman Algus from the Knights of the Round. I will tell you a bit about this char : 4 Button : x,y,a,b 2 Button special : C and Z Not use of Kick Button while Jumping (Swordsman has 3-4 Motion and I was lazy to make a rotation attack in the air....) Specials : Fast Slash X+Y Strong SlashA+Y Light Slash A+B Special tactics : -Algus will turn around and walk back instead of retreating. -Algus blocks with facing with back to the enemy. -Strong Kick Button has an slash which looks like he was walking back but suprise with an attack -Algus do not crouch but lay down on the ground and takes time to stand up but will also block while he is lay down. Do not crouch if not necessary he is heavy so he moves slow. -Algus has a heavy armor and he is Britain he do not know how to jump over enemy like people trained mostly in Japan or China as well he moves slow because of the armor. -Algus do not believe in magic. All projectiles are illusion to him and he is not affected by those. -Algus heard of Merlin but he is Swordsman not a Magician so - no magic nor energy blast, -Algus has a stance switching between normal and as if prepare to hit, while so one can think that he wants to strike and at times think it was only his stance. This at times even suprise me. -Even his name I give is Algus. His name only in the Char.def else he is Swordsman. -Its a Swordsman which is normally slay by Arthur in one hit. So do not think he is as special as heroes who can jump over head and shooting energy blast but do not underestimate him because he is a Swordsman. So what should I choose to host the char? So you can either enjoy, comment or bicker?

  5. ..... thats horrible for the pictures but well I have slow understanding and hope to understand them soon. So far I learned this day is to crop sprites that seem to look alike and when I have not the correct ancles I would put the char into the frame KFM Sprite was where it match partly the ancle. Thank you for still having IDraw as using other programs result into not having a palette when adding the sprite. Yesterday I had some interest to mix "Swordsman" from "Knights of the Round" Together here very far on the right. There where not many sprites so I choose him. He has one attack motion, a backward and a forward motion and collapse motion in his original game and is consider the weakest in the game. So how far is progress? I have insert all the sprites and need some coding for not hit by crouch as he has no crouch attack. Add jump attack, light Kungfu Palm, a Fast Kungfu Palm a Triple Kungfu Palm, strong and light Punch and Kick (all swordattacks) an overhead light kendo like chop from above, a strong with more lean back chop with an 270° arc of attack. Standing light kick is a attack with sword point diagonal backwards moving diagonal up. Strong standing kick is an attack where he makes a motion I can not even describe so good, turns around tackle, sideway horizontal slash backstep, fast not seen attack like in the light kick. Also I did all the get hit sprites. Throw motion. Only light jump and strong jump punch. A very strang kind of blocking motion ala Highlander with facing backwards and sword at the back. I deleted the kicks,crouch attacks,crouch block, other KFM Kungfu blows. Swordsman is a bit higher than Kungfuman because I wanted him to see bulky with his crude armor style and his big two handed sword need a bigger foe. So generally I am done and need some correction of boxes making him slower after he made a strong hit and generally slower. Edit : Will be Winmugen^^ Story to this char: "While Arthur and his knights where on the way to Garibaldi. Swordsman "Argus" was hiding, as he do not want to die too soon, His fellow swordsman - as strong as him- were easily slayed and he realized that he was just canon fodder to weaken the approaching Knights. So he followed the knights as an observer to learn their fighting style so he would stand a chance. But Garibaldi was defeated by Arthur in the end. Based on the Knights of the Round he developed a sword style and flee from Britain to work as mercenary in Europe where he still survives with his swordstyle. From some people he was seen heading to Malta to join a certain order of Knights." A tip for one who want make the heroes of Knights of the Round with Horse.He can use the template from Headless Horseman. Else I will do this when I find back the sprite sheet I killed yesterday.
  6. Some Notes, I am about 70% done. Now the sort of getting those "get hit by" Sprites have to be inserted. Made custom sprite edit with non existing Knee attacks, strange throwing movement, a strong kick that either hit with the first kick or hit with second when the opponent try to jump Kung Fu Palm and Triple Kung Fu Palm Strong and Light Kicks and Punch. Those select potraits are pretty difficult with XP Paint using percentage and I did a inital mistake to chose the background white.... well that is bad for the eyes of the char in the select screen. I would like to put a demo vid make with Hypercam and still figuring out how to use this programm well this I will google. But a real question how to put the PNG above to be seen here on the forum, when I posted there where clear thumb size pictures and now it look like one has to download it, well I do not want this happen with the video? So a day off.
  7. Well hello, I followed MFFA for almost half a year which has the best mugen hunter for new chars and is up to date. So to give some tribute, because of so much providing of accessable good links by click picture get char, I desire to produce some char I really like but havent appeared yet. Trivia For the first char I will start Zenki from Kishin Douji Zenki : Battle Raiden. Using KFM from Mugen 1.0 as template http://www.rvgfanati...501/299401.html Trivia Goals : Zenki-Kid This one is edited by me with cut&paste, there is no crouch block in the original. I also did a customize "light standing kick" and "hard standing Kick". The original has only a flying kick. Zenki I will do additional sprites which not exist" if I can since" it is a Jump and Run Char and many sprites are missing. (This is also new to me well, worse at drawing and perception.....hell I wish I know how to make a face for Full Mode Zenki) Later I will fuse both char so the Zenki Kid will transform into Zenki (as I like it by Tung Fue Rue or Hwa Jai from Fatal Fury). Zenki Kid will be about Knee high as Zenki and Zenki himself is a bit higher than standard KFM 1.0. Zenki Kid with maybe 1 special attacks but because of his size may sneak below Projectile -with slowgrowing Power Bar which is needed to transform, because when reaching Zenki Full Mode he will has fatal attacks which because of the luckily slow growing Power Bar will need some time to unleash. Trivia Level of completement : Zenki Kid 26/117 a/b a= Animations, b=KFM Number of Animations Character Orginal Sprite Sheet = full seperated and adding new sprites. Trivia Trivia :"List of planned Chars" I cancel Zenki.
  8. Yeah, its me its Mario ^^ - but well who is this Cless F? I know a Cless from Tales of Phantasia - Red Bandana and Silver Armor- but this one aint look alike. Phantom I gratefully for this masterpiece which really radiates the spirit of FFT. Well to mention this one seem to be work on 1.0 but not for Mugen High (T_T).

  12. Hey, I wish there was a young Kain from Blood Omen- Legacy of Kain as a boss char. There are some stuff I would like to see: Flay : Projectile, Spinning blades, homing and let enemies explode into blood Implode: Enemy get chrushed by itself. Contract into a ball of meat and rain down as blood Slow Time : Cause all enemies to slow down. Font of Putresence: Cause enemy to become goo. (At least become toxic and loosing HP) These Items would come to full effect by showing a Card on screen. Since the opponent surely not die by these attacks it would at least look awesone when one has helpers who get chrushed (Opponent blocks, projectile run through and hits an helper who dies instantly like in Blood Omen) but instant death by these attacks when the opponents lifebar is low, blocked or not. But can only be used one each. Spells Energy Bolt : Simple projectile (should eats a lot of power Repel : invulnerabel for a short time period. (Burns power) Inspire Hate : Cause enemies to attack each other. (Well some helper who attack the enemy are fun) (Should also add attackpower to the enemy after this for a short periode of time) Stun: Stun the enemy ( Use up all Power need at least level 2) Mind Control : Control an enemy (This would be strange as this may not make any sense as the opponent can not hurt himself, so on call a helper which one can control while Kain is under Repel. For some hits. Spirit Death : A projectile that takes away the soul. ( Would make a nice projectile that only when there is less as an specific amount of Life that this attack would produce instant death). Lightning : Projectile attack (make it that it can hit even oneself) (Heaven opens up or something since usual one can only use it outside. ) Blood gout: Drain blood from his enemy without hitting him (This wont be fun if it is so simple, so make the opponent turn, black, green and red. Red recovers, black decrease, green make one become poisened at losing gradually life) These spells are powerbar sensitive. So coding a powerbar with more than one max would be nice. Because these Spells and Items should be connected too use the powerbar which level would change the weapon 1.Iron Sword and Armor (normal level 1 max.) Specials Use of Mace : Kain stuns his enemy for short time Level 2 Use of Axes: Ax Combo (Nice that there are some cut down tree and helper animation) Level 3 Use of Flame Sword : Burns enemy. Switched with Iron Sword on Level 3 Attack increases for overall attacks Supers Blood Shower : Kain absorb from distant Blood and from many. (Making this one special only when he has <10 Life and in the scene where Kain summons the Soulreaver, so reaching level 4 a very slight chance to full recover the Life and damage the enemy by taking its life energy and add into Kain) Soul reaver : The legendary weapon, all magic and items are sealed (would be nice for a coder to try) As well all specials. One hit kill if not evaded (think mostly by those who have chars where they take out the blue boxes from the blocking will survive). For this case Max Bar start to burn and loose constantly power. In this burning power the Soul reaver is maintained only between 1 and 3 there should be a change. Strange stuff for Kain : Kain do not block but will turn into mist where one run through without hitting anything Kain can absorb Blood by using a special move when the enemy is stunned or "seeing the stars". Also Kain should not able to use sommersaults, it aint look good in armor from my sense as well he should not be able to jump above others but jump high enough to evade low roundhouse. (Dont counts for the wolf form where he can do this) No acrobatics and flexible body moves like round house or axkick. I would prefer 3 Button sword and 3 Button Hilt. Slow grow of Power in the Powerbar (The hunted and humble survivor in the beginning - the hunter and slayer in the end) Boss coding. The Armors are one of the nice stuff having each a function. Would like him to turn into a "onion" Say in the fight with Kain who would have much Life and Def. He would change the armor. First Armor : Iron. Chaos: Def Increase, inflict same damage on enemy as on Kain (should be only limited Life area else this would be very bad for Damagedealers, but also a good point if one has some awful opponents) Flesh Armor : Steal low amount of blood (life add) Bone Armor :Summons skeletons who attack only the player. He should revive 0-2 time with the Heart of Darkness in this first fight with little energy. Kain geta beaten once making him turning him into a cloud of bat. At beginnig the bat are gathering to make Kain with : Soul reaver appearing and wearing Wraith Armor : This is in night the strongest armor in day the weekest. (Well would be nice to have a stage night and day is turning changing the armors defense. (Maybe the Pillars outside with view on Nupraptors castle) Unusual Kain has zero power and has to work up to Level 4 to become a one hit slayer. Making it a contest to down him. But having a stage change while also helpers attacking the player and Kain but making Kain facing the nearest enemy as a "distraction" to have the chance not to hit by the Soul reaver (it should appear that Kain is indeed one undefeatable Champion of Darkness if not attacked by a mass of attackers at the same time, should make clear that Soul Reaver is a deadly weapon, non blockable but slower than the other weapons ) I think this would do for a decent char because of the lots of changes in fighting Style because of the helpers. And increase in difficulty because Kain gets stronger. Also the limitation of how he fights as a boss and how he only can be played by the player or "normal" as a random char in ones rooster pack. Maybe even making him bound on the stage that the stage is random but if the Stages appears he would turn into a boss. Coding and Spiriting would be a great challenge- maybe some are impossible to make or managed in some way if there are some coding gods. :P Sorry if it is posted wrong here.
