I'm pretty sure that we're all familiar with Most Mysterious's Evil Kung Fu Man, but I have found an edit to the character.
Evil Kung Fu Man MKII is an edit of Evil Kung Fu Man by The_None (The guy who made the nightmare Giygas).

First off, his sprites look better, which can be seen in his portrait and his Kung Fu Chainsaw move.
Second, he is less cheap. I pit the original and this one against Evil Ken. Evil Ken won the match and was a pretty even match for MKII, but the original practically owned him without losing half of his health.
Another feature is that a crying sound plays when he beats an opponent perfectly, which is pretty funny.
He also has three bars. A dizzy bar, a skill bar, and an ammo bar.
These bars show how close he is to being dizzy, how he can dodge, and how many shots he can take with his arm gun.

In my opinion, this version is better and more balanced than the original and is at least worth a try.

Here's my list: Better versions of Pit and Olimar. Victini, Genesect, and Arceus from Pokemon. Epic versions of King Harkinian and Morshu. (From Zelda CD-i/YouTube Poop). A good version of I. M. Meen (from I. M. Meen/YouTube Poop). There is already an I. M. Meen, but it is a spriteswap of Hotel Luigi. A non-cheap, but good version of Malleo (to go with Weegee). (NOT the fake Malleo and Weegee). A CHOUJIN-styled Uub. (Not the DBZ AF one). A good version of Rick Astley. He could dance and Rickroll the opponent for his hypers. A good version of Leonidas. (from 300/YouTube Poop).

Pretty much all versions of Samus are cheap. There is a Zero Suit Samus for MUGEN. There aren't any good or not cheap versions of Samus in the Varia Suit.
 
Olimar (Pikmin)
There are 3 versions. All of them are bad. One is a spriteswap of Waddle Dee. Why can't someone make a good Olimar for MUGEN!?
 
Pit (Kid Icarus)
Seriously? No good versions of Pit?
 
Sephiroth (Final Fantasy)
But probably not for long, as I heard dagar is making him.
 
Donkey Kong (Donkey Kong)
Again, really? No good Donkey Kong?
 
Jigglypuff (Pokemon)
It's hard to believe that there isn't a good Jigglypuff out there, even with her being in all of the Super Smash Bros. games.

One's a Joseph Joestar edit and all the others are extremely cheap.
 
King Dedede (Kirby's Dream Land)
There only seem to be 2 versions of him. One not very good regular King Dedede and Masked Dedede. There isn't a good regular King Dedede out there...

Only one version and it isn't good.
 
R.O.B. (Gyromite/Stack-Up)
Not even a good R.O.B. out there, either...

The Big Bang Theory is freakin' hilarious! But this Sheldon looks terrible. There needs to be a good Sheldon out there that uses a death ray and turns into the Flash for his hypers. Or maybe he could use that time machine Leonard ordered...

Another thing that disappoints me is that my dreams always seem to be about boring stuff like school. (Most of the time it's school.)
