Fido's characters pause the game and show their movelist when you press Start (you have to press it again or attack to get back to the game), I think the guy who edited it just removed the movelist sprite.

I have great hopes for this one. EDIT: Well, its good indeed, but its nothing more than an edit of Fido's Ibuki. Few things actually changed.
