Rocko V3 + with new updates of DM and Duckula

AT LAST! In this summer, Rocko, DM and Duckula's new updates has been released for today!

I actually prefer to update Zim and Dib for current. I'd like to update Aardvark in someday.

Feedback for Rocko:

-Baseball throw's startup time is too slow.

-Drill sound goes on for a bit too long.

-You might want to change the P2 throw animation; it may work correctly on characters like him, but on others like Kung Fu Man, it looks kind of awkward.

-Crouching hard and medium kicks are infinites.

-Shotgun specials miss at point blank.

-Standing hard punch misses at point blank as well.

-There are some rather hard to do commands that I've never seen before, like for example, the Brain Pop. Maybe change them.

-Why is there no medium version of the Down Back special?

-The clock in the finisher stays on screen for too long.

-The sparks in one of his winposes are misaligned and are not in front of him.

-Hyper portrait does not fit the screen on 640x480 resolution. See here for what I'm talking about: c25262731b374f299e6b300f85f9d25e.png

I just added Rocko's last new striker "Sheila" for Rocko's next update. Do you remember her from the show? She made her minor appearance from "Wallaby on Wheels" episode.

 

 

The animation/coding starts where Rocko saw Sheila skating towards at her enemy, turns round back while she slashes with her tail at her enemy and skates back before Rocko waves at Sheila for saying "Bye-bye-bye....". Hopefully when I add and polish a little bit more few stuff to Rocko, I release his new update, along with R.O.B's beta.

Just copy the coding .the number sign "#" can insert for number here but can't compatible in winmugen coding

can select the localcoord

240 * Const240p in localcoord set '320x240'

480 * Const480p in localcoord set '640x480'

720 * Const720p in localcoord set '1280x720'

By the way, Rocko and Danger Mouse has been updated. Especialley there's a few things being fixed.

Rocko:

-New special "Cowboy" added.
-New striker "Sheila" added.
-Ground hit sprite added.
-Other sprites being resized to normal.
-Low health added.

Danger Mouse:

-Cyclops pos. fixed.
-EnvShake state added for Rocket Barrage hyper and the Dragon helper.
