Poppy the Bubble (Dandy's World) released

Another one of Dandy's World characters I created, and this time I created one of two Starter Toons. She was also made because I was disappointed by the quality of one existing one (because the one I did see first was the DCvM one).
Her moveset, much like my Tisha I released before, is my imagination and has no relation to Dandy's World itself. The moveset takes cues from shotoclones (mainly SNK ones, though I didn't bother to make an anti-air/623/Shoryuken-type move) and Chun-Li. Yes, her 646K is similar, if not identical to Robert Garcia's Gen'ei Kyaku, her 236P is Ko-ou Ken but with bubbles, her 214P being Poppy's counterpart to Terry's Burning Knuckle, and her 2363214K is one of Chun-Li's super moves.

v1.1 (released July 30, 2026):

• Added aerial versions of Bubble Shoot and Bubble Knuckle
• Added Triple Bubble Shoot
• Added palette based on Boxten (now used as 3rd palette by default)
• Slightly decreased standing Bubble Knuckle's cooldown by 1 frame
• Startup time for standing Bubble Knuckle now varies with button pressed
• You can now chain Standing Heavy Kick into Crouching Heavy Kick
• Some small fixes in Moves_HardAI.ytmcmd
