Tisha the Tissue Box (Dandy's World) released

Despite the fact that I don't play Roblox nor Dandy's World at the time of making this character, I decided to make her due to the fact that characters from Dandy's World are so adorable that I had to make one of those.
As far as I know, I never saw Dandy's World Toons fighting back against Twisteds, so her moveset is what I could imagine and think of. Her projectiles are charge-input moves (all based on Joe Higashi's abilities to create hurricanes and tornadoes), while her physical attacks are motion-input moves. In fact, one of motion-input specials can be extended by inputting the same motion-input command before the last hit.

v1.1 (released July 21, 2026):

• Fixed sprpriority on most of her standing normals as it was KFM leftover
• Hurricanes no longer leave a shadow
• Super Duster Hurricane will no longer grant a Hyper Combo Finish for a while after it disappears

v1.2 (released July 26, 2026):

• Updated running animation to not only use 8 frames, but also look more natural

v1.3 (released July 28, 2026):

• Fixed a small oversight in her AI in which she performs Standing Light Kick after Standing Medium Punch
• Improved some of her crouching punch and kick sprites
• Removed a leftover activation trigger

v1.4:

• Added 5 new palettes based on her alternate skins (now used as 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 11th, and 12th palettes by default)
• Updated walking animation
• Fixed one missing black pixel on her head in the last frame of her losing animation
• Changed her intro animation, based on her one of idle animations from source game
• Changed sprpriority in Clean It Up P2 state to 0
• Changed most of her victory quotes and added new ones against Proofed Up Matt, Vee, Brusha, and Shelly
• Widened her head in her turning sprite
