Gibbons is a minor character in Pico's Cousin. He runs the Lost And Found section in the shopping mall. Otis makes a deal with him in trading his firearms for something stronger, in exchange for candy.

Moveset has a like Pistol, Ak-47, Some Wrapped Bonbons, Candy Gun, Chocolate Sub-machine Gun, Wrapped Candy Bomb, Grenade launcher, Airstrikes, Candy Rain, Chocolate Machine Gun and more.

He somehow Parallels of Darnell for Fans interpretations have sought to differentiate them by giving Gibbons a more "Military/Candy" specific move set to move away from being just a "Darnell clone".
Gibbons supporting role for Otis in Pico's Cousin. He is designed as high-utility tactical support, often utilizing weapons, candy, and, like Darnell, specialized gear (like fireworks).
Tactical Role: He characterized as "brainers" or tactical, though hid methods.
