This is port of the actor Kane Kosugi as he appears in Lipovitan DX x Street Fighter II. This port of him is a bit of a glorified edit to a degree since it was heavily based off of ZETA's Eiko and some of the coding for the special attack and states from my friend BelugaStergon's take on the character.
