AI Patch for Werewood's SF4 Omni by Holn

I'm looking for a specific AI patch that makes Werewood's Omni stronger but I'm having trouble locating said patch. any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

had to use the link Funk provided because I'm having problems with the other OneDrive link, but I have the patch now so I'm satisfied. thanks for your help!
