Simple paid for form addition/mabey some teaching so I can do it myself

I have an allready fully working char that has all the animations i need, all the sounds, all the sprites I need and everything else. I've been doing great editing this char so far(I've added supers, made new combos and even my own arm cannon sprite/attack) but I cant seem to get a form working for the life of me. 

 

The form is literally just extra damage, extra defence and a slight power drain. Visually all I want to change is the charge to whatever other sprite I find and some ssj2 lightning aura.  Again am fully willing to pay.

Do pepole even still use this forum? Im paying like 25$ an hour, thats what a technician makes in my area so I figured it was a good offer. And what I want is super easy for someone that knows what their doing

I think people might be more inclined to maybe work with you if you had an actual account. Posting as a guest and offering money doesn't really instill much confidence.

I found someone to do it! A gentleman named kennedymugen took my commission and is happily working on it rn! The dude is super chill if anyone needs something from him look him up on YouTube or add him on discord @"kennedymugen"! So cool to finally see my my oc with a form just like i imagined. He's even helping me with spritework
