Hokaze Junko from Toaru Kagaku no Railgun and Astral Buddy !

Junko is a martial artist from Tokiwadai with the Level 4 power Rampage Dress that lets her use electricity to boost her muscles making her faster and stronger
She is also the right hand of Shokuhou Misaki the #5 Level 5!

The character is fully sprited, fully voiced, has a complete moveset (movelist is included in the files, uncomment the line in the .def to make it work directly in game if you have IKEMEN GO)

She plays in a style similar to Touma Accelerator etc when it comes to inputs
