Two offline original characters: Syoryuzan Kohaku and Shikijou May 5th Update (Solved)

Would anyone happen to have these two characters by chance?

 

 

Syoryuzan by シバヅケ, a character I can't find any info about at all except an offline link on QXMugen.

 

 

Shikijou by Tarou, a character that is actually on a couple other sites, but not an update for her on May 5th 2015 that went offline shortly after, she was requested here previously as well, but that link went down too. Thanks in advance.
