banned from Mugen Archive for no apparent reason?

Hello! So, today I wanted to visit Mugen Archive since it's been years that I haven't done anything Mugen related, and turns out my IP was blocked from that site? Idk why, all I remember is that few years ago I would just download quite a lot of characters and then leave, did I do something wrong? Why am I blocked in there? Just wanted to download some chars :(
