An Old release of DarkLordXelrick, a Stage titled "Sonic In Hell" meant to be for Dark Spawn Sonic. This is the original release, untouched.
It's a Long stage, and it also seems to be edited, as the sff is filled with leftover sprites from the original unedited stage.
