Converted for newer versions of MUGEN. It's mostly the same as ThEOnE's version, but the gameplay is a little different. I can't be sure if OverMind and ThEOnE are the same person, but I'll let you decide and/or compare between the two versions of this character.

For some reason, the link to Alejandro Iaccarino's The Tick leads to the link for another version of the character, which was made by DarkMasterS. In case if you didn't know, there used to be a link for Alejandro's version that was hosted on 4shared, as stated in the description from the character's preview on YouTube, but it seems like that it's already dead, and as of now, it still remains on MA, but I wouldn't want to post that link for it because it is against the site's laws.

Sorry for the late reply, but honestly, I would have to agree with you. That so-called "sol de plata" char that someone posted is so horribly done that it doesn't even deserve to be added here.

 

Speaking of Cesarsombra, how come his characters aren't separated from the main collection, unlike in the Marvel Comics and DC Comics collections? This may sound like a redundant question, but still.

It's interesting because she is from a Filipino comic, it would be needed to add a Asian section (not counting manga, manhua or manhwa)
