Quetzalcoatl_88's Huey, one of his most forgotten works that was technically never finished. Nice resprite work on this one!

 

Also, if you don't mind me asking, what MUGEN is that allows dynamic 3-way tag teams?

I am not using mugen, I am using ikemen which comes with tag.

 

 

Mugen does have a tag patch so you do not have to switch to ikemen if that's all you want.
