ELECTRO Posted April 24, 2022 Share Posted April 24, 2022 Decided to convert Punisher from my Punisher game for standard Mugen. Had to remove the finishing moves. Also removed the Sniper hyper and in it's place added the wield knife. This character plays differently than my other Ultimate characters in that it's a 4 button setup. The other 2 buttons are used to summon Wolverine. It takes a little bit of energy to summon Wolvie (Power=100). Hit start to see the move list.
