OBS: You don't add the Feilin DOS version by Citrus Kid. A little question. Samchay by ibukah existed? I've looked at Ibukah's old websites and don't find nothing information about this char and not even in Electrocaid's perfect select have him. JAM"s site still online, but downloads don't works, only for wayback machine.

no-one uses DOSMUGEN anymore so I left it out.

it was like that in the original thread so I'm not sure if that creation had existed or not.
