Invisible chars

Good Morning. I'm having some difficulties with characters and scenarios in high definition. I downloaded the character Ichigo kurosaki by AkashiMugen & MugenAnimation, and he is invisible during fights. And some scenarios in high resolution have a black background. I am using Mugen with SP JUSBATTLE HDDX 1.1 (DirectX) by Old Gamer. I would like to know how do I fix it.

That's likely your problem then. The DirectX renderer cannot display RGBA graphics, so you'll need to switch over to OpenGL; this can be done via mugen.cfg.
