Don't know much about those characters, except they come from some doujin game called タイトル未定DS/Title Mitei (Untitled) DS.

Shadow Blade is like an "dark" version of Cecilia, she's likely unfinished and had very tough AI while Cecilia had fair AI. Try them both out.
