Unknown MUGEN Hi-Res (WinPlus) Edit

This is a hi-res edit of gwa_pao/pao's Unknown Screenpack, which gives it a higher-res Select screen, making it compatible for WinMUGEN Plus, while also breaking 1.0/1.1 support in half without doing more edits after a Localcoord change.

 

I did some messing around with the Versus Screen, Options Screen, and the Lifebar itself, not much else.
