They're private. Bullshit, I know. SanoTohno2nd has access to all these private chars and doesn't give them to anyone. How does he get this access? No fucking clue.

Small little update:

In the url, you can see the file name: szh^_1015.zip. But yea, it's unavailable for download. Tried working with this url in so many ways such as replacing skydrive with onedrive. No success, the file is gone, deleted, expired, privatized, etc.

Finally found where Johnny aka ジョニィ released his Yaruo. He released it at, "MUGENキャラ作ろうぜ！Part22" which is archived here: https://img.atwiki.jp/mugencharamake/attach/16/26/1251718651.html

Post number 167 dated 2009/09/05 is where he released it, on Skydrive: http://cid-015b36254affe795.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/MUGEN/yaruo.zip

But, it's unavailable for download. The file name is yaruo.zip.
