RAGING SHINGO HAS 1 MAJOR PROBLEM!

HE CAN STILL DO HIS MOVES WHILE BEING IN HURT STATE.

HOW CAN I PREVENT HIM FROM BEING ABLE TO MOVE DURING HIS HURT STATES?

I'VE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE.
