[Stage 1.0] Busted Alley

Was bored, and decided to make a stage since I found this picture that I kind of liked to use.

The theme is "Chinatown" in an Alley =P

I did use one of Jackie Chan's old OST in one of his PS1 Games for this stage

yeah wow the stage looks great! but it seems out of place for people other than the CF3 crew

Well IMO, it looks out of place for the CF3 crew itself XD. It looks fine if you used other characters. I'll try to use rain on this stage then =o if you want.
