Fraps And Mugen 1.0

I just upgraded and the game runs at 15fps. i can make the window tiny ang get 60fbs, but thats smaller than my cell phone screen.

how can i make 1.0 as fast as winmugen which i ran at full screen and was able to record at 60fps?

also the computer im using is an Dell Optiplex 755 https://www.dell.com/downloads/global/products/optix/en/opti_755_techspecs.pdf

any help is greatly appreciated as i have 17.5gb of winmugen stuff that i want to move over.

Have you tried running it in 640x480?

Yes, and it still runs slow

use bandicam https://www.bandicam.com i get a free version,put  in 1280 x 720 because 640x480 its very slow quality.

the best i always get is 30 fps...im always full screened so, that's what could be hurting me...but for some odd reason it records videogames like gmod or an emulated game better...

Thank you guys for the advice. from my understanding. i had someone look at my specs, actually Ron Persaud and it appears my computer just isn't powerful enough to run 1.0 and record at the same time.

with some digging, i found out my computer was made in 2008. it actually had windows xp on it, upgraded to windows 7. so its just old hardware stopping me.
