Today I bring to you, Max! from Power Quest on the Gameboy Color.

When I first played this game it blew me away the animations were brilliant. Something I'd never expect from a GBC game.
Not to mention the physics movelists and general style of the game pretty freaking awesome.

I ripped his sprites about a year ago or so, Now I finally decided to code him for mugen.

Rainbow Palette can be activated from the bottom of the CNS, just uncomment all of the commented codes.
He has no AI as of now.

and I know his air throw can be glitchy if you throw them throw them near the ground.

OH YES! Before I post this, I'm aware of all of his bad parts that are against normal fighting rules, So please if your posting feedback, please only post stuff that makes him break.
