[COMMENT] its a pretty weird edit of Shingo basically he has a new voice and has moves from other characters like the shokoken and Akuma's teleport technique he also slash's his chest with a sword to regain his super meter

As stated before, some KOF edits are just ridiculous, this has no combo gameplay at all, it's all about fireball spamming and supers, this is more like a Dragon Ball anime fight.

Yeah combo machines like Ikaruga's KOF characters which are one of my faves but, still beatable.
