Top Man released

Here comes Top Man, for Mugen 1.0.
He is part of Robot Master Mayhem project, where each robot can have 6 (or more) powersets.

I am sure that this character can contain bugs (as was done by using template set by others) and I count on the help of everyone to identify all bugs so I can correct them.

I am working in some other characters like Cutman, Crashman and Blademan. But the first ones won't be released outside the project.

Blademan still take a while to be finished...
