Most people seem to use Bandicam, though I've seen people who use Mirillis Action; neither are free without some sort of restriction (watermark for the former, 30-day trial for the latter), so I'll go ahead and recommend LoiLo Game Recorder, which is completely free and allows for 60fps recording.
