Blizzard and Icy Wind Sound Rips (from any GBA/DS POKéMON main game)

Hello again,
I'm currently in the need of sound rips of the Blizzard attack and Icy Wind attack from POKéMON, and sadly, The Sounds Resource doesn't have that.
I really don't care, if it comes from Ruby/Saphire/Emerald/FireRed/LeafGreen, from Diamond/Pearl/Platinum/HeartGold/SoulSilver or from Black/White/Black2/White2, as long as it's the Blizzard sound.

Please answer quickly. I'm running out of time. Thanks in advance!

Blizzard: First part (the blowing part) seems fitting, needs the ending ping to be removed

Icy Wind: Seems fitting if that will be the whole sound and not cut off by the hit sounds like in the video
