The older version of Evil Kung Fu Man, before the original creator, The_None/Most Mysterious updated him again. I think he's pretty hard to find, so I reuploaded this one. This one is actually a lot more overpowered compared to the newer one with more unblockable attacks, and has a myriad of voices from different sources. His gun move is a hyper and doesn't need ammo, and he lacks a visble stun meter, but can still be stunned from being hit too much. Not much else to say...
