Does anyone know how to modify their AI Levels? It says 4 and sometimes 5&6, which is hard to beat.

Does anyone know how to change their AI level? And Ryo, if you can, could you send me their read me stuff to me in Japanese, coz my WInrar opens it in muddled letters, even when I changed my PC's language to Japanese
