Well, I didn't really want to finish or release this, but here it is anyway. Highly delayed and most likely my last release, it's Makoto from 3rd Strike, with my very own custom play-style. Feel free to give feedback and suggestions; it's appreciated.

*NOTE: I have added AI in this most recent update (v1.1). Thank you for your patience.
