Re-upload of an offline character by Janus Dios (originally by Randy Fenrir). Credits for Based KaiserHero for providing the file.

Even though labeled as "100%", she still have couple of missing sprites and even her HSDM super arts portraits shows Karin's ports instead.

Tag_system.cns doesnt work in 1.1 so you'll have to exclude it from the def file.

mainly because winmugen will ignore any invalid state rather than giving error message like 1.+ anyways
