Battletoads coming back?

First their cameos in Shovel Knight now Rash is appearing in Killer Instinct? Does anyone else think that these cameos are a sign of a new Battletoads game coming?

hell Sonic,Mario,Double Dragon, Mega man., turtles in time, and even duck tales have all head 2.5 d remakes. Im sure BT will too. now we just need a streets of rage reboot to highlight the day.

Agreed. Too bad it's Sega we're talking about, since they don't really give a shit about Streets of Rage.

Also, it's nice to see that Battletoads not only it not forgotten, but  also gets these types of cameos that would give them a good start for a good future.

I think they definitely should ONLY if they can keep the same kind of gameplay, difficulty, and crazy moves.

If they will add a version of the infamous Turbo Tunnel, then they already managed to achieve the difficulty part.

Battletoads Double Dragon was easily one of the best NES games made too, imo. 

Goes from side scrolling (with depth movement) to racing to side scrolling (no depth movement) to a space shooter style, some primitive parallax in a few levels.  That game had so much going on in it, if they recreated something like that now... I can't even imagine.
