From the PSP game Hot Shots Golf: Open Tee 2 (Everybody's Golf Portable 2 in Japan and Europe). I used PPSSPP for the ripping and screen capping in order to create this stage. Cybaster's stage tool also helped me as well, with some of the additional stuff. 

I do have plans to make more PlayStation-related stages in the future, and of course, non-PS ones too!
