HitStun is determined by the pausetime parameter of the state's HitDef. The first value is the hitstun time (in ticks) for P1 and the second, following the comma, is P2's.

Is that for normal attacks? I was talking about special or hypers that have stun effects. Take Batman by Alucard who has Bola, Electric Batarang, Flash and Stun Bombs and Joker by by Larramones, Jeff & Magus who has a Laughing Gas attack.

They all use a hitdef or put P2 in a custom state(more often using a hitdef though) to create that hitstun effect. The type of move doesn't decide what they do on the coding side to this.

But it is possible to alter hitstun effect to make it last longer right? My friend's Black Widow has long stun time for her Flash Bangs and I have a sneaking suspicion that he change it...

yeah, you could make it last as long as you want it to.

So where can I look for the value of said stun time lenght? I have Black Widow downloaded and I'm going to compare it with my friend's Black Widow character which I copied when he wasn't looking.
