;ignorehitpause =
;persistent =

[state 0, PosSet]
type = PosSet
trigger1 = time = 0
x = 70
y = 0
;ignorehitpause =
;persistent =

;ignorehitpause =
;persistent =

[state 0, VelSet]
type = VelSet
trigger1 = time = 67
x = 0
y = 0
;ignorehitpause =
;persistent =

[state 1000]
type = changestate
trigger1 = animtime = 0
value = 0
ctrl = 0

[state 183, 2]
type = Assertspecial
trigger1 = time = [0,300]
Flag = intro

;ignorehitpause =
;persistent =

[state 0, VelSet]

I think you need only one Statedef 199 for both P1 and P2,

and this:

[state 0, PosSet]
type = PosSet
trigger1 = time = 0
x = 70
y = 0
;ignorehitpause =
;persistent =

changed to this:

[state 0, PosSet]
type = PosSet
trigger1 = time = 0
x = 70*Facing
y = 0
;ignorehitpause =
;persistent =
