Well it's actually a giant arm of a giant squirrel/cat/rabbit thing. It's its lose pose.

I will never stop being amazed by the Waku Waku characters :P Is it the one under Arranged or converted characters? Or are the two too similar to determine the difference?

I think it's the one from converted section, judging by the time of that screenshot you posted being made.

 

The only difference is, the arranged one has 6-buttons MVC-like layout.

In the past, some MUGEN'ers called it "the Totoro in MUGEN", and Inverse's MUGEN version was considered even better than the one in the source game.
