Which Rugal is the best?

I know there's multiple authors of Rugal and different game versions. But i don't know which one is the best and the smartest. Which one would you guys recommend? And im talking about Rugal from KoF

Oh ok i see....yeah Vyns normal rugal is pretty decent but i see now his version isnt available at his site online for some reason

fxm508's Rugal plays like kof2002um. He has got many mode, Kof2002, Kof98um and custom with boss AI:

2002 version by tin has got a problem, if I remember correctly, I was using Tin's Rugal 2002 and was fighting against Pots' Shin Gouki in Arcade Mode and Tin's Rugal's AI took over the player.

Really? i didn't noticed that before when i use it in team arcade but does he got this problem just with Shingouki? °o°

Yeah that sounds like a bad AI issue miss coded there. Unless it has an AI take over button like i seen in a certain beta i tested before........not a good idea

I believe it is most of Pots' characters, I remember when I am fighting his Ryu, it also happen
