How do I activate Ina's Mildred's AI?

I saw in one of Darkflare's videos that Ina's Mildred has AI as long as it isn't set to 7 or 8. I changed my MUGEN's AI, but I think that wasn't what he was talking about. I looked in Mildred's AI files but I know nothing about AI. How do I activate it?

I believe I meant changing the AI level in one of the files, maybe the cmd file. I don't remember where exactly and to be honest I prefer Incurable's Mildred far more.

I also prefer Incurable's, but I want to fight Mildred, and Incurable's is just too hard. By the way I checked the CMD and found something about the AI, but as I said I don't know what to change.
