Burnie's attacks now do less damage than they once did, all his specials invoke the 7697 Burn state on compatible characters, and he's now got 15 or so winquotes that give him the characterization of a stuck-in-the-early-2000's person. such as:

 

"Pogs are so old. Beyblade is where it's at! Oh wait, that would be B-DAMAN!"

 

"Souja Boy is da best!"

 

An update with even more humorous winquotes is coming soon.
