trying to use a character that is zipped

it say I can u zipped files for character selection in the select File i did what it said to do example:

 

Vice.zip:Vice.def

 

and i tried:

 

Vice.zip (named the file the name on the Def.

 

 

i tried it within a file that is zipped and the stuff inside the the file Zipped

 

am i using the correct syntax

Personally I wouldnt add them zip.

 

sure it saves your filesize.

 

but its more work for mugen to unzip your file and uncompress it then open it and load it.
