Part of me wants to hate this.

Dude really? The game ain't even a finalized product yet and you hate it why? I know you said part of you was interesed in it, but not all of Tecmo&Koei's products are meant to be hated bro their profits suck here in the states give them a chance. in general Zelda games don't deserve hate, sorry if I flew off the handle but that pisses me off when someone says they hate on the Zelda series.

 

Anyway... I wonder if there is going to be a 70+ playable roster of Zelda charactes? I want to play as Tingle and destroy all those enemies too. :troll: Judging from Dynasty Warriors 8 I bet there is a Chaos mode (My favorite difficultly) in that game. and so the hype begins... :heeee:

I was hating more on the Dynasty Warriors aspect.

I dont hate Dynasty Warriors nor Zelda at all, it's just that I want to see how the final product will be; will it stand out or will it just feel like a DW clone with Zelda lock-ons and evades?

 

I'm interested enough to give it a chance, but I'd rather wait to see more before I get hype for it.

Not surprising tbh, hell there is even a ton of backlash from the trailer of people hating on it because it has to do with Dynasty Warriors.... They generally sell better in Japan.... I like the series a lot and know it does not sell that great in the US.     Intrestingly enough, this is not new for Link or Samus   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2BwV1tw0tWk#t=116   Well however you get the vid to show up

Wouldn't be surprised this sells better in Japan than regular Zelda titles just because it's something other than Zelda .

Zelda sells like shit over there. Hell even Ore no Imoto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai Happy End sold more than Wind Waker HD.

Man I know, I bought my 3ds back in 2012 for that game then it got cancelled for overseas release because of fans throwing a bitch fit over "Link and Samus don't kill 1,000s of troops for the hell of it, plus the graphics look poor." Stupid Nintendo idiots... They weren't even characters, they where just costumes for the Crate-A-Warriors geez. Some of them are crazy.

Oh my mistake you meant that you didn't want the game to be an Dynasty Warriors engine clone? oh... I see. One Piece Pirate Warriors was sort of a clone game.

Actually last I checked http://www.destructoid.com/the-legend-of-zelda-the-wind-waker-hd-263847.phtml It sold pretty well, I wouldn't say it sells like shit. But well. And as for other then Zelda, DW has been getting huge latley. I mean DW8 was really good they made good profit from previous titles to offer free DLC (Which I got btw ROTTK Zhao Yun is AWESOME!) When 8 was released overseas.

The DLC & the new patch (1.6.0) will be available from Feb 26th in Japan.

Boss Challenge Mode: Defeat the big bosses in the game for high scores. Can get costumes for Lana, Link, and Zelda as rewards.

Ganon Play Mode: Play as Ganon, earn high scores by destroying the battle field. Costumes for Ganondorf and Cia as rewards.

Costs 500 Yen. Included if you bought the 'all-in-one' pack.

Also a free patch (1.6.0) that includes:

*Level cap raise

*New potions

*New medals

*Expansion of Challenge mode(score recording, new challenges)

*Fixes load times

Hyrule Warriors 3DS port confirmed with two new characters, Tetra and the King of Hyrule.

Character switching mid-combat and looks like there's some way to connect to the Wii U

lol as I just posted in a status update. I feel kinda bad/screwed getting the wii u version. It was still worth it, but should have seen this coming. I can only imagine how bad it is going to look on the Og 3ds..... or if they change there minds and make it a new 3ds exclusive.

It could be for both. just graphic difference. :-P

 

Its awesome that you can play Tetra(aka toon-zelda) and the king of Hyrule on this they might have Toon-link in this as well. :goodmood:

I'm just glad I have not bought any dlc yet either so if it comes with this version I can just buy the "full version".
