Your preference - folder in ZIP or files in ZIP?

Just an intuitive question to ask........

 

When you download a MUGEN file in ZIP/RAR/7z/...., you see either:

folder in ZIP:

 

or

 

files in ZIP:

 

Your preference - folder in ZIP or files in ZIP?

 

For me, if I download many ZIP files at the same time I prefer folder in ZIP for batch extract.  If just one ZIP file then I prefer files in ZIP.

Folder because it's less work to extract and create new folders.

Folder in ZIP because...

 

1) It's much faster to use drag and drop vs "Extract to..."

2) 99% of the time, I don't need to rename the folder.

3) Even if I make my own directory instead of "Extract to...", then I have to drag a mess of files instead of just the one.  Therefore, it's inconvenient to have to do that often.

 

And I agree that stages can be packed as just files in a zip.  It's not that inconvenient.

OK, shoot me. Files in zip. Why? Well I do one char at a time and the 'folder in zip' sometimes ends up making two folders so I have to select all the files then cut and paste then delete the folder. I've had some real messes with folder in zip in the past with it creating a 'double' directory sometimes.
