90% of Kof Edit Mugen material being private is bit of an exaggeration, and i wouldn't really call it private either, more like exclusive for people of their ethnicity. Thanks a lot, but we never know if something is private until we ask for it, sometimes I am suprised when a KoF-style request is answered with a link.
